starting this week, I’ve been upping my veggie intake and lowering my fruit intake. back to my old ways. anyone else feel better/less bloated when they eat more veggies than fruit? // lunch is organic tricolor quinoa, spinach, and a homemade curry (why haven’t I tried making my own curry before today?! it’s damn good)
